Once you receive your RA number, carefully package the product and ship it to the address provided in our response. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. - Inspection & Approval:
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days after inspection.
- The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs & Deductions
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you received free shipping, actual shipping costs may be deducted from your refund in certain cases, especially when returns are not due to our error.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is for a defective product or incorrect item sent by us.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
