How to Initiate a Return

Email us at help@poshville.us with your order number, product details, and reason for the return. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before sending the item back. - Shipping the Item:
After receiving your RA, securely pack the item and ship it to the return address provided. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. - Inspection and Processing:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If the item meets the return criteria, we will initiate a refund or store credit as per your preference.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error by us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Refunds for Approved Returns
- Approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 15 business days after inspection.
- Any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
