Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii.

Please note:

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders can only be placed and shipped within the United States.
  • We do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST on business days (Monday to Friday) are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, a shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 8–14 business days after processing.
  • All shipments are dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse in Lakewood, Colorado, USA.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and carrier schedules.

Order Cancellations

We offer a short window for cancellation before the order is processed. If you wish to cancel:

  • Cancellation is only possible if the order hasn’t been processed or shipped.
  • If the order is already shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then request a return.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If your package is:

  • Delivered to the wrong address
  • Lost in transit
  • Received damaged

Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery time so we can assist you.
